Yale Student Involvement Fund at the Peabody
$ 100,000 - $ 2,000,000 Multiple opportunities
The collections of the Peabody Museum at Yale are a tremendous resource for scientists all over the world. But for Yale graduate and undergraduate students, the opportunity to study in the collections is often out of reach due to a lack of internship funds. Given that the Peabody has some of the most valuable collections in the world, a fund to provide both summer and academic-year internships would be invaluable. Financial pressures on undergraduate and graduate students alike often require that they seek paid internships. A Yale Students Fund at the Peabody would allow students with an interest in undertaking scientific research in one of the eleven divisions the opportunity to work on world-famous collections in their own backyard.
