Silliman’s library is a beautifully designed space with wood-paneled walls and a marble fireplace at its center. The renovations maintained the library’s architecture and offer a contemporary environment that accommodates the diverse needs of current and future students. Some students study privately at desks, others are energized by community study environments; some students utilize computers and the Internet, while others prefer to sit in comfortable, lounge-style chairs. The renovations supplemented the variety of library study spaces and offered additional accommodations including a computer room.
