Making a gift to the Ray Tompkins Associates (RTA) endowment fund in the Yale Department of Athletics is an outstanding way to ensure that our 1,000 student-athletes have the best experience at Yale. Unlike restricted sport specific endowment funds, which can be used only for the designated program, gifts to the RTA fund will be used anywhere in the Department of Athletics to address opportunities as they arise. The RTA endowment fund helps cover annual expenses associated with all 35 varsity programs.
