Area Library Curator

$ 2,000,000   6 opportunities

Area studies curators are the stewards of some of the longest established and most significant collections of scholarly resources in their fields. They manage relationships with publishers and libraries in their regions and work closely with Yale’s international scholars to maintain world-class collections. The library seeks funding for curators of the following collections: East Asian; Latin American; South-East Asian; Slavic and Eastern European; African; and South Asian. New endowment funding will provide lasting support for these positions, freeing other resources for the library’s operating budget.
