Old Campus Fellow

In 2006-2007, Yale will pilot a program to introduce an adult presence on Old Campus. The program will appoint two Old Campus Fellows, each of whom will live on Old Campus and associate with freshmen from two colleges. If the arrangement works as well as expected, the program will sponsor a total of five fellows to cover the ten colleges whose freshmen live on Old Campus. This new initiative came from a committee review of Yale College alcohol issues and policies. A gift of $500,000 would create an endowed fund supporting one Old Campus Fellow, while a gift of $2,500,000 would endow the Old Campus Fellows Program.
