Inviting well respected and experienced executives to be a member of the Yale SOM community is one of the most effective ways of creating and sustaining meaningful connections between academic endeavor and practical application. Executives share management strategies developed in response to real-world problems and add the valuable perspective of the practitioner to the classroom debates. A gift to endow the executive-in-residence program will help the School build strong relationships with individuals who help shape the management profession as it is practiced daily and add a rich dimension to the SOM experience for students.
