The Senior Curator of Coins and Medals is responsible for the research, care, and presentation of Yale’s extraordinary numismatic collection. Jointly serving as a professor in the Department of Classics, the curator actively employs the collection in educating undergraduate and graduate students each semester. Endowment of this position will provide a permanent resource, while sending a strong signal of Yale's commitment to oustanding teaching.
